At BERNY WATCH Official, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your timepiece, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our quality control center.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the watch's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
